OLD HYDE PARK HOME TOUR
Sunday, December 3, 2017
1pm – 4pm
RAIN OR SHINE
Tour six beautiful historic homes, some over 100 years old, as you walk along Fielding Avenue between Swann Avenue and Inman Avenue, and a stop at a home on Bayshore Boulevard.
There is a 100-year span between the oldest and newest homes featured. Unique to our tour is a newly built home on Bayshore, designed to fit with the historic feel of the neighborhood.
A special part of this year’s tour will include a visit to the Old Hyde Park Art Center, built in 1899. It is one of the oldest buildings still in use in Tampa and has served many purposes, including a grammar school, a lunchroom, and a library.
There will be entertainment in several homes by Plant HS orchestra students. Fresh holiday greenery in wreaths and garlands will be available for purchase.
The tour begins at the intersection of Fielding Avenue and Swann Avenue. Parking is available nearby at Wilson Middle School.
Tickets: $20 in advance, $25 at the door
Advanced ticket sales have ended. Please purchase tickets on-site at the event.
Same Day and Advance Tickets can be picked up THE DAY OF THE EVENT at the Ticket Booth located at the corner of Fielding Avenue and Swann Avenue
